Healing, like yoga, is an ongoing process of self-awareness and awakening. In this workshop/series you will learn movement and meditation practices that provide simple and effective tools for improving physical, mental, and emotional health, and recovering from injuries and traumas of all kinds. Alongside yoga and meditation we will explore writing and personal reflection to translate the language of the body, and discover how the unconscious mind expresses itself through sensations and symptoms.
