This all-levels workshop focuses on anatomy, alignment, and deeper layers of subtle awareness for yoga asana. Learn how to approach postures with awareness of multiple anatomical systems, including skeletal, muscle, organs, and central nervous system. In-depth breakdowns of alignment for standing and seated postures, backbends and inversions will be given. New and more seasoned students alike will appreciate the educational focus, innovative practice approaches, and an open, welcoming environment for questions and conversation.
