Ayurvedic Fall Cleansing Workshop
Ayurveda recommends a cleanse to accompany a change in season, to clear + open physiological and psychological channels and to rid the body of toxins which accumulate as a result of improper diet, chronic stress, and exposure to chemical pollutants in the products we engage with and environments within which we operate.
Join Ayurvedic nutritionist Noël Graupner for a class on the basics of Ayurveda, as well as an introduction to seasonal cleansing, or Panchakarma. You will learn not only why it is important to support the internal organs and the sense organs with a cleanse, but how to do it yourself with a step-by-step practical guide including information on daily routine, herbs, and a kitchari recipe.
