Our goal is to create a space for as many of you as possible in every single class we offer, without space going to waste unnecessarily. To do that, we have a few guidelines in place:
All spaces are available to book online up to 7 days in advance
Even when a class appears full, you may, and should, add yourself to the wait list. When a cancellation is made, the first name on the wait list gets automatically added to the class, and you receive an automatic email and/or text message at the time. Once you get added to the class from the wait list you become responsible for attending or canceling.
You can cancel your class online or from your app up to 30 min before class time to avoid loosing the class or being charged a now-show fee. We do not accept phone or email cancellations. If you have not cancelled your class, you will receive an email and/or text message the following day to advise you that a no-show fee of $10 will be charged to your card on file or to your account.
NO SHOW FEE
A No Show fee occurs when you are signed up for a class and, you guessed it, do not show up OR cancel. The No Show fee is $10 and we donate all of that money to our charity of the month.
Sorry, but we cannot make individual exception. You have until 30 min before class starts to add yourself in, so you can always wait until you know you can for sure make it to save your spot!
LATE ARRIVAL PHILOSOPHY
If you are not here 10 min before class starts and there are students hoping and waiting for a spot in class, we will start giving away spots in class to those who are here, and your reservation might thus be forfeited.
We also start our class on time and will not accept any late entry to class.
