Later on in my twenties I sort of lost yoga to university, relationships, work and so on and so forth. As a result I started to lose sight of the magic and beauty that is around us everyday. Signing up and committing to the Moksha/Modo Teacher Training in Nicaragua was the best decision I have made in the last 10 years since first stepping onto the mat.   • Modo

    A challenging, healthy all-level hot yoga sequence (linked with breath).

  • Freestyle Flow

    A challenging and innovative vinyasa flow class inspired by our senior Modo teachers. Each class has its unique and creative focus rooted in intelligent vinyasa sequencing.

  • Yang Yin

    This class is all about balance. The first half of class is a challenging Modo style flow, followed by a Yin style extended floor series to truly and fully relax your body.

  • Silent Modo

    A standard class led silently by the teacher’s practice.

  • Modo Flow

    A challenging, healthy, hot yoga FLOW sequence. Postures are linked with breath and downward-upward dog flow sequences.

  • Yin

    Long, deep holds to relax and restore joints and muscles.

  • Community Class

    A donation based modo, modo flow or yang/yin class led by a teacher-in-training. All proceeds go to support our yoga and health program in Bel Air, Port-au-Prince, Haiti.

  • Live Music Karma Class

    A donation based class. All proceeds support our karma initiatives including Junglekeepers, Maasai Wilderness Conservation Trust, the Edeyo Foundation and God’s Love We Deliver.
